  1. Even easier yet actually register the program and browse to the registry entry and export it.
  2. Fixed it simply replace the attached wpi.htm file in the classic theme dir.
  3. SWEEEEETTT!!!!!
  4. The nLite section is NOT a place for RyanVM issues! Their is a forum just for that...
  5. Seems to me the more ram I have available the more gets used.
  6. Thats my vote 2.
  7. Simply download a fresh copy of WPI and overwrite all of the files in your current WPI directory. There is no config file or useroptions file in the download so none of your old settings will be overwritin.
  8. Well WTF does that file have to do with anything? I for the life of me cannot figure out why that file would have anything to do with WPI.
  9. I always delete the compressed one.
  10. I agree it has to do with some kind of alarm, most likely due to temperatures considering that it only happens after some time of gaming. You need to get a temp monitoring program (Lets assume for now your motherbaord supports that) like cpu-z and as soon as the beeping starts go and check your temps.
  11. I am getting a little over 400megs of constant load on my machines ram.
  12. #1 The MCE theme is just a bonus so that the installer window will be skinned during runonceex. #2 WPI will run from the CD and from the HD depending on how you write your command sections. #3 Like I just said it all really depends on the entry in the command section and whether or not you use strings like %wpipath%, %cdrom% or %systemroot%. #4 Yes the manual is kinda weak but it is constantly being worked on and updated.
  13. Look in the changelog that is supplied with the WPI download it has been done you just need to save different configs and call them. * Added command line support to specify different config and user options files: WPI.hta options=useroptions_mritter.js config=config_mritter.js check=Work timer=30 If a path is not specified for the file, it will assume they are in WPIScripts. It will still check for: WPI.hta Work 30 for backwards compatibility. But update your tags, please. They will probably change in the future. Thanks to Dje again for the code and help. NOTE: Paths can be full (starting with a drive letter) or relative to WPI.hta (starting with '.\' or '..\') and must end in '.js'. Spaces are supported only is a path is provided and properly quoted: (config="c:\space in\file path.js").
  14. Yup same here. Site must be down.
  15. Audigy 2 is one hell of a card for Win98 but it will do you very well in your rig especially if your are going to use it as a gaming sound rig.
  16. I also had a similiar problem. The PC would boot up like normally and then when it canme time for the bootscreen to show nothing would show up! I finally figured out it was a windows problem where it was initializing the onboard video INSTEAD of the PCI video card. What I had to do to fix it was hook up the monitor to the onboard video slot and boot into safe mod and disable the onboard video through windows, then I shut down switched cables and all was right.
  17. Thank you very much for you kind comments and appreciation!
  18. WOW Thats some pretty good cable management!
  19. YUP That is what it is for sure!
  20. Yes empty slots have no place even existing at all LOL.
  21. Lets try finding and replacing you corrupted files one at a time. Tell me what version of XP you have and I will post the uncorrupted files for you. Here is desk.cpl mstask.dll www.wpiw.net/downloads/destop.rar unrar it and replace the ones in your system32 dir with these ones. Note: you may need to use a small app called replacer and a reboot to do this. (Just google it)
  22. Is your windows XP\SP2? If it is I will post my desk.cpl for you. As for the other errors it really does look like something aol related are you using aol?
