  1. To the original poster or anyone that downloaded this, do you mind uploaded it again. The link is dead
  2. I don't know about your config.js problem but that screenshot looks like a RunOnceEx setup
  3. This is the error i get except that i didnt rename it to html. i can't open wpi.hta at all. i tried all versions of wpi nothing works
  4. i checked there again but i didnt change anything there in the first place. everything was working fine but when i tried a autorun menu exe it screwed everything up. i mounted it and it works fine. same thing in vmware. i mount and explore and double click on wpi.hta and it works fine no error message. what could be wrong
  5. When i try to access wpi.hta it keeps giving me a script error asking if i want to continue to use scripts. i keep pushing yes until it gives me a javascript error report(see attach). so i went in and deleted all the file exists wpi.hta and then it gives me the error message that the theme version is wrong. after that it gives me another error in main.js. i fix one problem and it gives me another. i tried using version 5.5 , 5.4 , and 5.3 but they all give the same error. i tried the iso in vmware and it works perfectly. any help would be appreciated p.s. it also says that fso is not null or not an object in the error column here are my core and main js files error.bmp core.js main.js
  6. @Zxian You are so right! I did it that way and it works perfectly and taught me so much. Its great using these programs but its best by hand. @Takashi No prob man. I probably shoulda search for the program but didnt think anyone would have used it. Thanks for the link man and next time i'll search first. The program is very useful and does its work. The only problem i found was that if you selected the tcp/ip and add your own theme options, during the phase that windows copies itself to the hard drive after formatting, it gives the error message couldnt copy. I think you probably have to use modifype to fix that, but i did mine by hand.
  7. I knew that just didnt know whether it would go under that or software. Its related to nLite but since it wasnt it nLite i didnt want to ask in there This is a really nice sofware. Has more options than nLite and for some reason nLite has been taking more than an hour to make my iso images and this program made it in 5 minutes. Will definetely continue using it. Too bad its in German, wont get too much support for it..... What am i saying? This forum is all i need for making my cd!!!
  8. Im trying out a different unattended windows cd software called WinFuture xp iso builder. Its website and forums are german so i couldnt really find much support for it. I currently use nLite and really like it. Has anyone tried this program out before or know of other programs like this? BTW the features and the program look very good and am looking forward to testing it and posting the results.
  9. In case you haven't figured it out, while you are on the WPI screen go under Options, Miscellaneous and uncheck Show Extra Buttons. To display them again, go under your useroptions script file and edit the last line which shoudl read ShowExtraButtons=false. Change it to true and you have your buttons back.
  10. I have my old setup of programs configured into the 5.1 version of WPI and when 5.2 came out I wanted to upgrade to the newest version. I didnt want to redo all of the configurations of the programs so i just copied all of the scripts. I am a noob in this which probably explains why i thought that simply overriding with the old files would work, but is there a way you can upgrade to the newest version without having to redo all of your configurations. BTW, thanks to everyone that made WPI possibly and everyone currently working on it. It is the biggest time saver in the world. Any support would be appreciated
