  1. Well its quite simple. Use the method your doing to install your custom applications such as Wpi and load it through there using a command below. It should look similiar to that and you can change the paths to fit your needs.
  2. I prefer this program and its copy and paste + overwrite and one line of text when I mess about with dosnet.inf etc it messes up my setup. An update would be gr8
  3. Would this work? Its %cdrom%\wpi so would start %wpipath%\install\UAP2\UAP2.exe work?
  4. No offence to Ryan but you can get windows copying errors. Plz look here as I have given a good way to install, bye http://www.msfn.org/board/index.php?showtopic=48517
  5. Well this is how I did it I placed all my updates here XPCD\$OEM$\$1 in a folder called Updates. and I load hotfixes.cmd at my last entry in Wpi so it can be done in Runonce or whatever you need. Edit the .cmd file to fit your needs. It's extremely difficult to slipstream updates into a XPCD best to install after windows instillation. The updates can be found here if needed http://www.msfn.org/board/index.php?showtopic=31886 hotfixes.cmd
  6. Im looking to incorporate this into mine and plz forgive me but im not 100% sure where to place the commands perhaps someone could do it for me?
  7. I just restarted my machine and then tried to load it and it works
  8. Can someone plz find out whats going on with this? For sum reason when I click UAP2.exe it doesnt load.
  9. I would recommend using Alcahol120% really good program for burning Iso's along with other things!! Also did you remember to go to the BIOS and set the first boot device as your CDROM?
  10. What I gave you does work and did u incorporate the uxtheme.dll file through nLite and its possible that you did not allow themes through a registry tweak by disabling them, there must be something somewhere not allowing it. If you are using a cleanup.cmd to restart windows before the WIMP environment is loaded that could be a problem as the theme isnt initialised, so if you restart it remove that section of the command and try again. Its all about the process of elimination!!
  11. It did not work as its not "/" you need after WinDir it's "\" Simply copy and paste what I placed before to winnt.sif and it will work fine Copy & Paste [Shell] CustomDefaultThemeFile = "%WinDir%\Resources\Themes\BlueTube.Theme" DefaultThemesOff = No
  12. C:\Program Files\Lavasoft\Ad-Aware SE Professional\Ad-Aware.exe Windows Xp All other .cmd's work fine so I guess it is
  13. Did you know his house has over 50 miles of fibre-optic cable?
  14. I beleive I see the problem It should be
  15. If you was more specific as to what the messages are it would be a lot easier to diagnose your problem.
  16. I take it you drop this file in your XPCD directory and it allows the Cd/Dvd to be bootable?
  17. Cheers Erik for the help and everyone else for the advice!!
  18. Thx I got this fixed and hopefully this should be fine now attached to save space hotfixes.cmd
  19. Well Ive got a small problem and maybe nothing can be done about it but Ive made a command that installs all Xp hotfixes but when the command window appears there is no text and just a black screen here is my cmd perhaps I am using a wrong one? or there's something more suitable Hotfixes.cmd
  20. To be honest I personally think your crazy doing a Longhorn unattended, do you know how much flaws there is with that system its only just been released out in Beta. If I where you I would concentrate more on Xp
  21. To be honest I cant say any real problems in the layout apart from every now and then you have like 20 line gaps between your applications installs, I would generally have them one line after the other.
  22. There is updates available for Messenger & MsgPlus maybe they could be updated?
