Hello folks. First of all, sorry about my english. OK. So i got my copy of Windows Vista build 5231. I really really wanna give it a try. I know many here will say: "hey it's a beta software, wait till next release bla bla bla" but i'm fine. I wanna try it. My doubt is, it will run on RAID 0 system ?? My system is a P4 3.4 (northwood), Asus P4P800-E DELUXE mobo, 1GB DDR RAM, and RAID 0 as system driver. (2 Seagate's 80GB running as RAID 0 (striped)) So do u guys know, or belive, it that possible intall Vista build 5231 on RAID 0 driver ?? I know there's no available driver from Asus to Vista, but maybe XP driver work when i press F6 during Vista's instalation. What u guys think ?? thx in advance

hello folks. So i got some extra money this month, them i bought more 2GB of ram to my PC. Now i'm running 3GB, PC3200 400mhz. On a P4 3.4, 800FSP HT. So some ppl's told me that i can do some real cool tweaks with a lot of RAM, like turn off virtual memory or something like that, so i'm noob, that's why i'm here. What can i do with a LOT of RAM. my system runs perfect, with RAID 0 bla bla bla, everything is fine, but i know i can do some cool with that amount of RAM, so can u guys sugest me any ?? ty in advance and sorry my english

OK guys. Look, i'm updating my XP CD with the newest hotfixes, everything is fine, BUT i'm getting a error msg, during add GDI tool with nlite. Hello folks: Look my problem. I'm running a DUAL XEON server, with windows 2003 standard edition. I don't have any domain, DNS or DHCP configured here. It's a clean instalation, that just runs workgroup name. All simply. My problem is, i have a cable modem link here, and other 10 clients machines. What i'm doing: I plug the cable modem on first NIC in server, and on the second NIC i plug the cable to go to switch. All works fine. So i just enable ICS on cable NIC, and it shares the connection to switch. OK, clients recive ip's bla bla bla, every thing seems it's ok. BUUT. Some times, clients just stop open I.E pages. Look, clients still with ip's, and things like MSN, STEAM, MIRC still working, just web pages stop work. So, i'm checking server, and in DOS prompt i made a ipconfig /all command. Hello folks: So i'm tired of XP, now i'm running win2k3 standard here. All works fine. I have just 1 problem. My lan computers, seems can't see my shared driver. I'm sharing my D: drive, but seems my other machines in lan (both run XP SP2) can't see my machine in network. All it's perfect configured, like Ip, workgroup na me bla bla bla. .. any idea what's the problem here ?? Ty and sry my english =\

hello folks: FOr the 4th time in a month, i tried install my unattented versio of XP SP2 with no sucess. All i want is integrate my RAID drivers to my unattented XP. I do all the steps from a .DOC from a topic here, that explain hot to do it. But some minuts ago, all works fine, after XP copy files to driver, when windows will start the instlation, i got an error like: Fatal error. An error has been encountered that prevents setup from continue. Internal setup data structures are corrupted ( Phase 0 ) Press OK to view the setup log file. And that it. I do all my steps using nlite, and tried do manually, without nlite from that .DOC but also no sucess. PLZ, anyone just can help with it ? i do'nt wanna customize XP instalation, i don't wanna chance anything, i just wanna integrate my RAID drivers to XP for don't need use drive A: anymore.
