But what if I overclocked the 6800GT? If they were to have equal clocks, would the GT beat the GS due to the extra pipelines? And theoretically, isn't it possible to get near-6800 Ultra performance on the GT since they have very similar cores? BTW I like your avatar Drew .

I've finally received my OCZ memory ! Now I'm starting to doubt whether I made the right decision or not...I found some sites that compared the difference between memory timings and found that the difference is barely measurable, whereas changing the bus speed dramatically affects performance. Now my question is whether memory timings will have more effect on my 2 sticks of 1GB RAM?

For $30 more, I can spend my (precious) money on a 6800GT. Question is if it's worth it? Having four extra pipelines is the only advantage I can see...

I think the top limit should be something lower, such as 500, so people don't go on a posting spree to get higher posts. Some people on the forums average ~5 posts per day with posts such as "I agree" or "Thanks". One has even made it to the top 20 posters . If we lower the limits, then logically there will be less spammers.

Some applications such as Photoshop requires a page file, but with that amount, I don't think you need more than 100MB, if at all.
