If AMD follows form, it will be make a slight power increase over the single core, 110w vs 95, and the dual 2.6's will be out early next year in non-FX guise at a 95W power level. The strange thing is that if my speeds are measured in bits, then I should have a cap of 750KBs, but my speeds have in the past jump beyond 1MB for a fraction of a second, then settle down. Can anyone explain this? And also anyone know what's the average bandwidth of a head end from Comcast?

The latest version of Diskeeper keeps the port 31038 open constantly. To close it you must stop the Diskeeper service. The only problem with this is that you can't start Diskeeper without it then. Is there any other way to close the port?

I highly doubt you can just delete it. I'm quite sure it's a trojan/virus/worm etc. that randomly generates a name, hence you cannot find any information on it. You can't delete it because another process created by the program monitors if you deleted its startup entries in the registry or the file and replaces it once you delete it.
