I have been messing with this a long time and no luck. When I make a bootscreen for windows 2000 and then convert it to 16 colors it looks blotchy and discolored. I found where I went wrong. The images must be in 16 color. The trouble is when converted to 16 color most boot screen looks terrible.

Can the dll be put in an $OEM$ folder and be up and ready to go at setup.

OK I guess there is not an app for that. Can someone tell me step by step how to edit the boot screen in windows and get it to work in the iso, this would be great.
