Next method, described by xda-developers forum member ga11ga11, also requires enabling WSL, but this time you grab a pre-rooted version of WSA from WSABuilds that has the Amazon Appstore removed and Google Play Store enabled, install specific components, extract a folder, and run a few commands to install and enable WSA. Make sure your system is running Windows 10 22H2 or above.

After Windows Vista Extended Kernel 2023 Update is installed, you can easily run modern apps like OneDrive, Google Chrome, Chromium, Firefox etc. The latest version of Windows Vista Extended Kernel will be February or March 2023 Update. And possibly I am taking care of Windows 8 or Windows 8.1 too. Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 8.1, based on extended kernel , be supported until 2030, as I think.

Then I will take care of Windows Vista with the new extended kernel.

If you spoof apps, which are compatible with Windows 7 or above, you must spoof Windows 7 on Windows Vista. Then obviously it will work.

Sorry to say, Office 2021 works for Windows 8 or above as what I did on VMWare with a trick.

Chrome 110 will be released on February 7th, which will be compatible with Windows 10 or above, please help me how to get Chrome 110 on Windows Vista Extended Kernel.

Windows 8.1 Extended Kernel? If Windows 10 build 9888 debombed build will be modified to Windows 8.1, it will be extended kernel, if you install it, you will henceforth run apps compatible with Windows 10 or above on Windows 8.1.

The purpose of Extended Kernel is to run modern apps which are newer to your version. For example, if you have Windows 8 Extended Kernel, you can run apps which require Windows 10 or above.

Just like OneCore API on Windows XP, VxKex is one of the modified binaries that made on Windows 7. But, just like Windows XP Extended Kernel by @Dibya or Windows Vista Extended Kernel by @win32, Windows 7 Extended Kernel will be made by patching System32 files (.dll) as either I will do or I want to introduce some coders to patch .dll files on System32 to make an extended kernel of Windows 7, as it requires 64 bit as well as 2023 updates including ESU.

Guys, since Office 2013 is installed on Windows Vista Extended Kernel, I want @WinFX to have Office 2016 on Windows Vista Extended Kernel. Not only that, but also Office 2019 or Office 2021. @win32 please kindly make a Windows 10 functionality on Windows Vista in 2023 because I still want to use Windows Vista in 2023.

Windows 10 Technical Preview build 9888, a debombed build made by 2011Windows7SP1 ( Plutia7601 ) , is what I modified into Windows 8.1 to make an extended kernel version. If if is buggy, I will update Windows 8.1 Extended Kernel for you
