I got 21%. Too sad they don't support Adblock Plus. -

Already reported and it will be fixed next version. https://github.com/win32ss/supermium/issues/245

My Browser Builds (Part 5)

Mine doesn't even redirect to that web page, just stays on a blank screen with a black frame around it. Tried in both Serpent 52/55. -
My Browser Builds (Part 5)
mina7601 replied to roytam1's topic in Browsers working on Older NT-Family OSes
Can confirm, it just shows a blank screen with a black frame around it. Changing user agent did not help. -
Oh my, that's wow! Enjoy latest Chromium in your XP PC, and I hope it's running smooth, and that you are not facing any crashes at all.

Though, you can restore the old context menu with the help of this guide: https://pureinfotech.com/bring-back-classic-context-menu-windows-11/
-
That's one of the things I also hate about Windows 11. They did this basically to match Windows 11 design principles. They still allow the legacy context menu to be opened by pressing Shift while right clicking.

My Browser Builds (Part 5)

Your statement was a reply to @VistaLover, which has a link to an old post of mine, so I am still mentioned anyway. Yes, I didn't use the tag, and I know this topic is about roytam1's browsers, but does that mean my post isn't off-topic? Of course not, it's still off-topic. My sincerest apologies to roytam1 for this mess happening in your topic... -
Chromium 115 for Windows XP without One Core Api
mina7601 replied to Iron_Wind0ws's topic in Windows XP
Have you tried the rebased DLLs mentioned here? And BTW, we should move our discussion to that linked topic, since this topic is about Chrome 115 for XP, and we are talking about Supermium, which is OT for this topic... -
My Browser Builds (Part 5)
mina7601 replied to roytam1's topic in Browsers working on Older NT-Family OSes
Oh, and I was talking about the current Adblock Plus from its homepage https://adblockplus.org/en/download for my browser Chrome on my Windows 11, not the legacy Adblock Plus for roytam1's browsers, hence the <Offtopic> tag added by @nicolaasjan. -
My Browser Builds (Part 5)
mina7601 replied to roytam1's topic in Browsers working on Older NT-Family OSes
No, no, no, I never said that, and don't even plan to do that at all. In fact, I actually find using old OSes like XP or Vista (and even 2000, if we are to go to the mimimum of Older NT-Family OSes) very fun. Please, don't assume stuff I don't plan to say. Also, I don't disrespect your own reasons for not wanting to use something, so please, kindly respect my own reasons for not wanting to use something. Thanks. -
My Browser Builds (Part 5)
mina7601 replied to roytam1's topic in Browsers working on Older NT-Family OSes
That + too advanced for me to use. BTW, I really have no problem with using old stuff, but I mean, when it's something that gets an update after a month or so (like the case with uBO Legacy), and it stops getting updates suddenly, without even specifying this will be the last version, then that's what worries me, but I didn't really stop using uBO because of what "old" means to people. No, really, I didn't. -
Chromium 115 for Windows XP without One Core Api
mina7601 replied to Iron_Wind0ws's topic in Windows XP
For me, it doesn't even run, only crashes with no error message, and generates a crash dump. But, I already know why it crashes: because it requires 2 CPU cores, and I only have 1 CPU core. The next release of Supermium will fix that. -

Unfortunately, I am not a uBO user, but thanks anyway. Would it actually be possible with Adblock Plus? Since that's what I use. -

Google is your friend: over-exaggeration meaning Yes, there is: under-exaggeration meaning -
Yes, they showed up. Anyway: Yes, it is that blue pane. It's called common tasks, it's not tabs. I think I saw somewhere on MSFN a method of bringing this shell to XP, but I don't remember where was it. Will need to search for it.

My Browser Builds (Part 5)
mina7601 replied to roytam1's topic in Browsers working on Older NT-Family OSes
Yes, I perfectly understand that like me you don't want to use uBO. I am just saying that the userscript manager solution is much easier in my opinion, and that it's the solution I had so much luck with, my apologies, forgot to clarify that in my post. -
My Browser Builds (Part 5)
mina7601 replied to roytam1's topic in Browsers working on Older NT-Family OSes
Not only is this solution very old as said above, I didn't have so much luck with it. It only made a few Discourse-based forums work, and others still remained broken as they are. I, however, had so much luck with this solution > Link (the userscript manager method) It was much easier for me to apply, and it made ALL Discourse-based forums work. -
@FantasyAcquiesce Thanks, and what about this question?

Last Version of Programs for Windows NT 4.0
mina7601 replied to Leokids123's topic in Windows 2000/2003/NT4
You want DirectX 6 itself? You can get it from oldversion.com. http://www.oldversion.com/windows/directx-6-0 Edit: Oh wait, you are talking about the End-User Runtime. Would this one work for you? https://legacyupdate.net/download-center/download/7104/directx-end-user-runtimes-3
