i have been thinking of doing that i switched to nod32 a few weeks ago and i love it, norton sucks compared to it

its not the router so dont blame it. and you should use a static ip address. are you sure that you set it up right? if u did then you would be able to log into the router.

my dad runs those 3 programs and NAV. i tell her not to go to those sites but u know how girls are. they only use firefox but all of the popups are in IE.

my dads comp is pretty screwed b/c of all the popups that he is getting, he walks away for half an hour and then comes back, over 50 popups! then when he exits out of all of them, in task manager there are like 50 iexplorer.exe processes. any1 have any suggestions on what to do here? better yet is there a way to just get rid of internet explorer? i know that it is from my sister b/c all she does all day long is talk on aim, go to aim icon sites(which is loaded with crap), and myspace(which is also loaded with crap no matter what you guys say).

a nice program called dvd shrink will take a dual layer dvd and shrink it to fit on a regular dvd. you can edit the special features to make them horrible quality and then put that quality into the movie.

i know how to add reg keys in auto it but what about a .reg file? i exported some things from the registry to a .reg file and it is way too much for me to put it into an autoit file, so i was wondering if there was some way that i could do like Run("reg.reg") but that deosnt work.

do u want to overclock it? if so then get the msi, and even better get the dfi nf4 ultra-d. but you should go with the msi if you dont want the dfi. it overclocks better and has better support that the asus. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?...N82E16813130484

i could compare them, im wondering if the dvd will only accept a dvd key and if a cd will only allow a cd key what do u mean it doesnt run? could be that it need the cd? or is this the game where they made a patch that doesnt require the cd?

and you should, even with a 2.66ghz cpu. why does it even matter? you shoud never use ur comp while burning b/c u can screw up the disc

well i have a crappy bios with no options so anything, i was guessing that it had to do with the bios, thx

or just delete them, lol ive been messing around with some games and got some to work but some games need to read from a file on the cd that is like 400megs and over so it pretty much pointless

will all of you look at his cpu! and a 5400 rmp hdd doesnt help much either. with that computer it is completely normal for a high cpu usage. one of my comps with and amd althlon mobile 1600 has a cpu usage of over 80% when burning cds

how should i go about installing a theme silently for both firefox and thunderbird?

found this for ya, give it a try Make a folder on Hardrive, name it UT2004_CD1 (This will be the title to the final DVD) Copy all the contents of CD1 to this newly created folder. Then starting with CD2, JUST COPY THE FOLDERS to the newly created UT2004_CD1 folder. Overwrite any folders that are the same (ie: the ‘help’, ‘Texture’ folders etc) Do the same with CD3, CD4, CD5 and CD6 JUST COPY THE FOLDERS over, Now add another folder for the Updates, Patches and Cracks etc. Name this folder whatever you choose. Now open the ‘Autorun.inf’ with Notepad and you need to add the line: open=autorun.exe Like this: [autorun] open=setup.exe icon=help\unreal.ico open=autorun.exe Now burn to a DVD using the Label: UT2004_CD1

there is a way to do it without daemon tools. the way pretty much says that it is a dvd version instead of cd. just search google if u really want to know it but the above method will work fine.

isnt that for linux tho?
