Does it also have animations? I remember Start8 lacked them and it looked bad. The images just changed without any kind of transitions. It's one of these things I'm glad SiB reimplemented.

He can do whatever he wants not to mention this doesn't even disable it. It just adds whitelist for games.

If Bigmuscle does that though it might break in Windows 8.1 How so? There isn't Control Panel in 8.1 or what? StartIsBack has its settings in it too.

BM is there any way for you to add the W7 compatibility option Disable desktop composition? I understand it's probably not high priority for you right now, but it would be great if you could look at it sometime later. I have plenty of games that don't play nice with it on.

I ran Windows Update and it actually worked right now rather than getting stuck at 0% and glass works now. I'll try to revert to earlier snapshot to find the DLL though It doesn't even need DFL anymore. Nice!

Of course. I tried messing with color intensity and the like, but everything is still opaque even the taskbar. Maybe it is because the W8 is completely unupdated, but I can't update it.

I am pretty sure BM works on this alone? And there is nothing you can do about these guys. I don't know why their comments aren't just ignored, because it's not like saying "Hey they'll be there regardless" will make them care.

0.7 is the best version as of yet. I am using it myself, but you were lucky to not have any popups. Maybe something else was interfering with it.

Remove the AppInit registry entry and reboot. Now you can delete/replace it with no problem.

What version are you using? BM told me it's fixed in 0.8 I never used it so I am not sure.
