You can also disable it in Device Manager to stop the OS from looking for drivers all the time.

It's looking for the modem driver...Windows won't have it. The driver should have come on a cd with the system.

Another good place to run vulnerability tests on your systems is Computer Cops. In the CCSP Toolkit are some good probe tests to run...
