  1. Thanks, but No, it didn't help. Well, shark's installer is mainly targeted at clean windows installs. Who know what is the situation on your computer and what could be the problem....
  2. Hello, does anyone know if the SP3 brings support for the additional SATA drivers out of the box? For example Silicon Image, VIA and nVidia SATA controllers...
  3. This will not be a helpful answer but you should definitely consider some other antivirus solution.
  4. I think that the latest WinRAR SFX has additional switches. Check out their site for more info.
  5. For me personally, at their time, those would be Battlezone 1, GTA 1 and Quake 1. Battlezone is a first person action/strategy game that takes place on other planets such as the moon and Mars. Build bases, deploy forces, manage resources and build your empire, all from the pilot's seat of your tank. You can pilot one of 20 anti-gravity war machines equipped with weapons of destruction: mortars, mines and the devastating Thumper Device, which launches a Richter-heavy groundquake over the morphable terrain. The game features full D3D support and a quick software rendering engine which incorporates actual images from NASA space expeditions.
  6. Do you have an unattended CD? If yes, this is why your floppy and F6 don't work. Your best bet would be to integrate drivers on CD using Bâshrat's MassStorage DriverPack.
  7. The zoom feature on PSP i a way better than PS. I mean, who want to zoom at 99,3% with a mouse wheel (stupid PS zooming)?!?!!
  8. The package is great, but Nero Vision would be the must have addition!
  9. It's like talking to a wall, isn't it? The same as when I try to explain your pack to Autopatcher users...
  10. that is actually the SAME key in registiry.... the upper one is only a "shortcut" in registry structure... to be more precise: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT = HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes
  11. I did not see any bugs in the apps I use. And it has got better design. Only thing is the size. 550 MB installation is too big. try changing file priority for a selection of several files at once and observe the file name change... and yes... how in the HELL can a buring app consume more space than windows os?!
  12. it's the >150 cat files issue... wait until ryanvm releases next update pack. any yes, please try the search function, it's splendid!
  13. By setting OemPreinstall=Yes in winnt.sif you lose F6 funcionality. Actually, this is probably a bug in NT setup. A very known one. (For example, you could skip copying missing files, and then after the first reboot, copy them manually using recover console... it would work then)
  14. note that for now bashrat's pack breaks ryan's 1.3.1 update... also, it is not recommended to use nlite before applying ryanvm 1.3.1 pack
  15. you must edit run_me.cmd before applying it over ryan'ed source open it and remove the block which checks for kb888111.cat file and you'r good to go...
  16. Fix for 800x600 issue with new ForceWare drivers: Here is a compiled autoit script which you can put on your CD as a detached program; It will check each 3 seconds for display resolution, and if it detects 800x600, it will switch it back to 640x480 and exit. Extract the attached archive to your \$OEM$\$$\ folder, and add this line to your winnt.sif file: [GuiUnattended] DetachedProgram="%windir%\screenfx.exe" files.zip
  17. Yeah, the key word break... i don't want that. I'm using this in my .cmd file instead: @%windir%\reschange.exe -width=640 -height=480 -depth=max -refresh=60 -quiet -force
  18. Yes, do this, it also helped me some time before...
  19. And also, these new drivers, when used in conjunction with an unattended xpcd, they switch your resolution to 800x600 at around th T-34 minute of the setup!
  20. I mean, the pic says for it self: However, these drivers DO NOT support any TNT product, and not even once the great GeForce 2 Titanium card... (yet they still support those crappy MX series of products) It doesn't sound uniform to me... I really hate them for this.
  21. ...and it ofcourse doesn't support subtitles.
  22. I'd recommend you to use Free Download Manager instead of DAP. It has the same or even more funcionality, and it's free and clean. www.freedownloadmanager.org
  23. i think it's a CoolWebSearch issue... try CWShredder: http://www.trendmicro.com/ftp/products/onl.../cwshredder.exe also, this regisity will definitely help you: http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/regs_edits/webtabmissing.reg
