4. Thats a horrible summary. But even Netscape doesnt explain it too well on there own site. http://browser.netscape.com/ns8/product/site.jsp
Finally a Browser that Fits Every Site • Netscape Browser 8 gives you access to the best of Internet Explorer, traditional Netscape and the new capabilities also offered by Firefox. • Netscape Browser 8 offers the best of both worlds by combining the intuition of Firefox with the user-friendly capabilities of Internet Explorer.
Netscape isnt better, they built it on Firefox 1.0.3, and shipped it with the bug that thundered the news for about a week. Firefox 1.0.4 came out immediately, and unlike netscape has extensions.

I tried Trillian a while back, I remeber it having trouble connecting to multiple networks, and being more complicated than Gaim. I tried several other multi-im clients, such as IM2, GIM, Easy Message, but I still use Gaim. http://gaim.sourceforge.net/faq.php#q30

 19. Really great post [deXter]. I guess a simple solution would be to give users a copy of Firefox and Opera on a cd and let them choose. I'm really looking forward to Firefox 1.1, which should be matching Opera in terms of rendering speed. Also there is the Firefox Preloader, which has some potential.
