Yeah RT7lite is also a good tool but ben is not getting time I guess and the last version has some bugs, I am also waiting for the latest version of RT7lite but its release is getting delayed. I would try this one. I had to trim my windows 7 Ultimate sp1 with vlite as I was getting plenty of problems with RT7lite.

I presume that there should be only one folder named "Animation Information" in which you must have put your 105 bmps. After all "A Picture Is Worth A Thousand Words", lol. I hope you understand.

If I got it correctly you have put the animation file in "C:\Appz\Boot" If you can explain a little bit about this script that would be very helpful for people like me who doesn't know much about the autoit scripts. I guess you didn't read the text properly, I have already changed the bmps in that file still the logo is not changed.

I would be greatly interested how to go about it with autoit, I hope you would share your experience in this thread only if you get it work with autoit.

Don't waste your time I don't think it is going to work. I have tried number of method but none of them is working till now. You can't change boot animation in pre-install.

Hi guys, I am trying to change this logo and the text. I have already changed 409, and 411 bitmaps in all the spwizimg.dll (in the sources folder, in the second image of boot.wim and also in the syswow and system32 folder of install.wim) but the log is still not changed. Please help me guys.

Yeah, both the sites are down. You can google it I am sure you would find those tools somewhere.

I have not used vsphere so I don't know about it, if you wish you can try vmware with different login name.

I have also experienced this problem, it is not related to xml you better change the login name in the vmware, your problem should be solved. See the screenshot:

Yes, you can also put it in "Windows\Setup\Scripts" of Install.wim as well.

Thanks mate, I have although changed my entire OS but if I will get that problem once again I would try your way if I got success then I would integrate this driver in my boot.wim. And as far as trimming is concerned you would be surprised to know that I have trimmed by OS with Vlite, I know most of the members are getting problem in trimming Windows 7 SP1 with vlite, but I didn't get any problem what so ever with vlite. I am saying so as I did install my OS after trimming and it was fine till then, I got this problem after I have started customizing my OS.

Hi guys I am facing very strange problem, I have customizing my windows 7 ultimate I have trimmed my OS and tested, it was working fine but then I have customized boot.wim and install.wim. When I tried after that I am getting this problem I even tried with default boot.wim but still getting the same problem in vmware. I wonder what might be causing this problem?
