I don't about the themes but the extensions from Firefox 1.0.7 are not compatable with Firefox 1.5 maybe this is why they do not install and not down to SoF ?

Probably not or a pretty pointless exercise as Ryan;s pack contains all the updates prior to august anyway. Best method is to go to the unattended windows forum and look in the HOTFIXES thread and download all the updates since august to your SVC-HF1 folder, Easy! Oh, and by the way .NET Framework 2.0 does not install at T-13 period!

.NET Framework 2.0 cannot be installed at T13 it's a known issue.

Check the build of media player 10 it should be 3802 if its not download the latest mp10setup.exe from microsoft and that includes kb891122

Thanks It appears that kb891122 is included in the latest build of mp10setup (3802) so that problem is solved. As jor .NET framework 2.0 & kb902344 they still will not install with svcpack.inf I tried creating switchless installers for both and placed in SVC-EXE and still they didnt install, So i really dont know .

Yep, WMP10 is installed In a fresh install windows update asks for kb891122 first then on second run it asks for kb902344 ??? u always thought kb891122 was'nt required wuth WMP10 ??? And the only kb891122 i can find is 6 months old and it wont install either. So god knows what is going on with these uodates !

run "iTunesSetup.exe" cos running the "iTunes.msi" does not work correctly .

Yep, try running the setip exe instead of the msi file

@honey.pot Would they be any chance of a modified installer for the new "Lavasoft's firewall" as it is the same as Agnitun's firewall but re-branded under Lavasoft. Thanks

What about KB891122 ? Which needs installing before KB902344 shows up on windows update And annoyingly both don;t show up on the microsoft downloads page but do on the windows update ?????

ALLUSERS=1 just means to install the software for every user on the computer, not just the current user. I used to use a few more switches for the 4.9 version, but not tested on 6 : SILENT_INSTALL=1 - Pretty obvious;P INSTALL_DESKTOP_SHORTCUTS=1 - put a desktop stortcut to iTunes ASSUME_QT_DEFAULTS=0 - Dont use QT as default ASSUME_MEDIA_DEFAULTS=0 - Dont use itunes as default media player. i use 1001_EN.MSP /quiet try to slipstreaming but cannot success.. so i stick with my /quiet mode... auto install with update quietly... The /quiet switch did'nt work for me In the end i made a switchless silent iexpress installer with the msp file and a batch file to run the update with the /qb switch. That works for me (and displays version 10.01 in the "About" dialog box now) Thanks for the help anyway it pointed me in the right direction Cheer's
