r u testing your installation in a real machine? or a vmware/virtual machine ? ps: 256MB is just enough 2 run xp ok

nlite will disable the message saying "you cant install xp cuz your pc doesnt meet the memory requirements" u need 2 free memory or allocate more memory 2 your virtual machine if your testing in 1

fyi.. \install\reg\something.reg \ = cdroot or, u can do it the way they are showing & go up a level with . (which IMO is harder 2 learn) \ = %cdrom% sort of [commands] "\install\reg\something.reg" would work if u have an "install" directory @ the root of your cd

just make your own installer , thats what i do

if i were u , i would integrate the hotfixes, saves time during windows install & takes up less room on your cd but the cmdlines.txt goes INSIDE your $OEM$ which runs parallel to your i386 folder (never tried it your way, but it may work better this way) & winnt.sif is in your i386 $$ = Windir $1 = Systemdirectory $Progs = program files $Docs = documents & settings

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.mp3\DefaultIcon] @="C:\\Windows\\Resources\\Icons\\mp3.ico" or for .exe [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.mp3\DefaultIcon] @="C:\\Windows\\Resources\\Icons\\myicons.exe,1" would also be an example this is just from memory so it should work, but check in registry first

its probly a memory leak in kerio that will probly be fixed in the new version (usually once its reported they look into it) i dont have this problem & i have that version running

bootskin? is it a .skn file (stardock's bootskin program uses this) if u are wanting 2 hack your ntoskrnl.exe u can do that too if u have the resources, search 4 comprehensive posts about this

hi, look @ the "what not 2 remove..." thread in the nlite forum, i remove almost everything & have about 50 more programs then what u have & it works, i use nod32,spyware blaster,adaware,spybot aswell without problems why would u want a hosts file if u are using spyware blaster it sets reg entries so u dont have 2 have a hosts file (which can slow u down too!) ps: we dont flame here, this isnt neow1n
