as far as i know, only in england some1 has been sued for selling modchips. he was condened but the legal process is not finished yet. maybe some other country has laws against it but here, on my country, that's not the case. i find logical that if you use your ps2 to watch your favorite vcds or play backups of your games (not possible without the chip), it isn't illegal.
-
ps2 of course, you can do almost anything with it
-
maybe it would help if Stickies were located at the top when searching like before...
-
@iwod, not tested but i don't think it would work, maybe some preset names are different (fed38076-c8f547a7-9f8e0da5-8e44486.pre). of course, paths are now different too (nero6601-nero6608), also maybe some 0byte-files now are essential for the program, dunno... feel free to test it and tell us if it worked

@sonu27, probably you would need a chipped ps2. i doubt action replay can mess with it i know some modchips let you use non-sony HD devices to be used as memcards or like game backups, i've read about it a few minutes ago. another important thing is that they let you save ps2-apps like media players on the memcard, this is a really nice feature as you can see your favorite divx movies without having a portable or home dvd player (most important: is not illegal )

@Mekrel, i see, i think i've found it, forgot to include the "/I" switch over XCOPY command. issue should be solved adding it to the cmdline but i've never had this problem before. if you can please try to reproduce it modifying the line REM Defaults\profile XCOPY /Y /E /Q /H /R /I "%SYSTEMDRIVE%\Firefox\Setup\DefaultsProfile" "%SHORTPF%\MOZILL~1\defaults\profile"thanks man @bonedaddy, so just rebuilding the file solved it?? lol

i'm aware of adblock (use the build by nologic here. about the shown dialog, it happens to me when 2 instances of firefox are running at the same time. a few advices: check the integrity of the .jar files to see if they're not damaged/corrupted, check that there are no spaces on the names, and finally check if this happens during unattended.
-
please tell me what the cmd window says exactly (the path). btw i've tested it a lot of times to be sure it will work and never had any problem. problem came during uA setup? thanks durex and DigeratiPrime, hope you enjoy it

Firefox 1.01 Helps Silent Install Of Others
SiMoNsAyS replied to Myrmex's topic in Application Installs
@Cartoonite, that's why changing run mode to silent works now and not before. anyway there are still several customizations possible. wrote about it on the thread i started [edit]@DigeratiPrime, i know about removing qfa and editing config.ini, it is just that if you want to show an easy way, i don't see the point of mess more than necessary with files, there's just a switch embeded for it. btw, i've seen many, many, many, many, many! threads with the same content.[/edit] -

Which Firefox Warning Looks Better?
SiMoNsAyS replied to sven's topic in Web Development (HTML, Java, PHP, ASP, XML, etc.)
first one for me too -
it doesn't have nothing to do with firefox, key is "SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main". it refers to the dialog displayed by ie when it isn't the default browser. dialog is set to never show again.
