im rebuilding and selling my pentium 3 rig... sigh no network for me after that BUT.. it will pay for a Geforce Fx, ill still need to upgrade my mobo to a newer one (newer MSI model im thinking) so i can use 8x AGP. anyone else? Probably be about £250 GBP or $399 USD

Not really any ideas on why, but why are you doing it in word? Wouldnt a proper web page be beter? or are you actually making a webpage in word?

and you dont need XP on your drive, you did it the hard way. Im sure i told you not to bother wasting your time downloading it anyway, but did you listen? no hope you didnt put it on your Main XP drive too Devil....

Ive only made two coasters with my LITE ON and they where badly fragged movies on the hard disk. they where still readable (but not playable from CD.. too much stutter) this is from about 8 months useage, i burn a LOT. eg: yesterday i burned off 10gb of backups and no errors on any of the disks. one disk out.. one in until all 10gb was burned perfectly. in all the reviews of plextor compared to lite-on that ive seen, they have scored pretty equally but plextor sometimes get slightly more points for "support" Ask yourself how many times you have rung plextor up or sent them an email or whatever and weigh that against the $40 difference. LITE-ON are amazing drives.. excellent value for money i would recommend them to anyone. They have regular firmware updates too.

id still use something like a sidewinder pro2 for flying planes man! looks very "matrix" tho that kit.. nice

Download the source code, edit it so that it only uploads to 2 or 3 people at once and compile the code. its not the speed they are getting off you but the amount of connections thats slowing you down.

i sat through it not wanting it to end. i had seen a lot of the scenes on a "making of" teaser that was on TV recently. smeegle (Golem) is AWESOME! the graphics used on him are 1st rate.. imagine when games are like that? "hmm trixie little hobbitssssss, tricked us they did, stole our preciooooooooooousssssssss!" awesome utterly awesome, id go watch it again. my butt was so numb by the end tho that i think i left it sat in the cinema!

im finally going to see it tonight, cant wait. yes ive left it a while but at least ill be able to watch it from what seat i like now

yes the mail server has a mind of its own, but nobody will listen to me "im imagining it" and "its your outlook express settings" but im glad people other than me have spotted it. it seems to do it at night time, maybe its a temp one running while the other has a defrag or something stupid, i dont know.

n00b! heh supafly its ok, its out stupid mail server. it keeps going down for lengths of time, i take it you replied to a thread and it said something like "Error! the mail could not be sent!" ?? @Xperties... its not his fault its our dumb hardware.

have you tried sfc /scannow hmm.. have you also tried doing a system restore? Check disc wont fix errors like that, its for actaul hard disc problems is chk dsk

my strongest point is flak, especially from allied carrier on coral sea, take out cheaters in the tower and the snipers who land on the tower with it too. then planes. tanks. infantry im not bad with, prefer being engineer most of the time and sniping people and laying traps etc with him... not in the thick of battle with the engie, unless im in a tank of course i cant wait for RTR either... the anti tank artillery looks great, we still need jeep mounted machine guns and mobile AA tho. hope they start releasing extra models and more maps like they did with coral sea (but no bugs next time dammit)

The crimping tool are usually about £10 for an average one. @BAH yeah but wireless is slow and expensive, i wouldnt want to play online games via a wireless machine.. though it should play fine with 10mbps id rather be hard wired. Maplin also have USA stores check it out, go to the link then look for "maplin stores" or similar link. failing that try radio shack.. similar kind of thing. i SO wish we still had radio shack in the UK
