  12. I have now found a way round this anyway guys im now simply run the driverpacks finisher from the WPI so i can just reboot after the WPI has finished. Thanks for all your help guys!!
  13. Your temp folder is as big as your hardrive so as long as you have plenty of space on your C drive it should not matter at all. As mentioned use CCleaner to clear your temp folders its a great little application Stoner81
  14. That may be possible m8 though im not sure, the finisher can take a while to sort itself out depending on system specs (ram. cpu etc) so getting the timing right would be difficult as it is i just do a manual reboot which sorts it out but would rather have it do it automatically Thanks for your help
  15. This kinda depends on what you want to do with nLite really since there is so much that can be done with it. You will need to be more specific on what you are after before we can really help im afraid. Stoner81
  16. When to run this and how? I need it to run once the desktop has loaded so as the WPI and the driverpacks finisher can both run then load the desktop then a reboot? Thanks for the help Stoner81
  17. Maybe you can help me, I have a XPS 720, with vista 32 bits installed, but I want to change to XP Pro 64 bits. I got the nvidia nforce 680i SLI drivers for XP 64 bits from nvidia site (SATA drives) . I run this program with the -x option so it generates the txtsetup.oem file with the SATA drivers (it generates a folder that says SATA-IDE and inside are the drivers and the txtsetup.oem). I use the option F6 and everything worked fine, the windows xp was installed, but after finished, when windows is going to start for first time, a blue screen appears and the system is restarted again and the windows doesn't start, always a very fast blue screen appears and the system is started again. Could you help me plese. Art Use the Mass Storage driverpack from driverpacks.net and slipstream it into your install cd. I have created a version of XP now which has over 50,000 drivers plus the driverpacks in it for this reason im fed up with searching for drivers so trying to find as many as i can. Anyway i hope the first part helps you out Stoner81
  18. IE will never beat FF imho but thats me!!! I will use IE8 once it is released properly and then slipstream it into my instaill dvd Stoner81
  19. Do u mean you need to slipstream it into your install CD for windows or do u just need the .exe to install the driver? More info please Stoner81
  20. How did u make this ive been tryin to work out how to make my own and slipstream it into my install DVD but everything i have read so far has left me very confused!!!! Please help on this if u can Thanks in advance Stoner81
  21. You see I have the WPI (Windows Post Installer) running which install NOD32 v2.7 (among other things) THEN the driverpacks finisher runs. I have used nLite to put the command for the finisher to begin in the unattended section in nLite. So i need it to reboot ONCE the desktop loads and only then since NOD32 needs it before it will start running. Thank you for your help Stoner81
