I used litestep for a few days. It was good and there were no problems with it, but I just personally prefer explorer shell. I couldn't get used the the right clicking the desktop to open the equivalent of the start menu. It also works great for imitation (Linux/Mac)

I find no negative effects of sitting in front of a monitor for extensive periods of time, but I sit in front of an LCD screen that is always on a very low/lowest brightness setting. I still have 20/20 vision, but I remember getting headaches frequently in the past, which may or may not have been attributed to sitting in front of a rather bright CRT for long periods of time.

Usually for me it has to end up being one or the other. I think I need to sleep more . How much do you usually sleep? I usually get around 4 hours of sleep a night.

I don't smoke and never will. I also have have friends that smoke. However, they realize that smoking can p*** off other people, and if I ever kindly ask them to smoke elsewhere, they don't mind moving to somewhere else. People should have the freedom to smoke if they choose to, but if they are smoking around other people, they are automatically harming the rights and freedom of others. Sure, smokers can smoke for themsevles, but as soon as that crap gets into OUR lungs, it's a problem,
