Becuase it worked perfectly with nothing in the setuperr.logs (except something about sfcfiles.dll not being certified or something like that and couldnt replace it) so that would be fresh n since i want IE7 with it, it would be useful to test it with it lol

Open up your image again with MagicISO (when it says not bootable) then go to tools > load boot image and select the image below (after you downloaded it) and then save (file >Save)the image and burn Extract the boot.rar first

thats exactly what it did to me just opened up internet options n the rest, havent you narrowed it down to anything n what have you eliminated. thanks n while your trying to fix that im trying to help other people on the forum so your less busy. Man i love a challenge

try using a program called RVM Integrator (or something like that) if not then try just adding the drivers you need rather than the driver packs

lol, im just selecting certain components and then using VMWare to test it, if it works then i remove some more, re test it, if something bad happens then ill know which component will be causing it. So you just get the plain white boxes? if it is then use the registry file i uploaded below, reboot after. hope it works open with notepad to see what it changes

Works fine with IE7 and Tour, Windows Messenger, MSN Explorer, Indexing Service and ALL language and keyboard layouts removed except any UK ones

CONCLUSION Using New BETA 1.4 EraseRW - Works (just open and close your RW Drive before you burn) 4-8x DirectBurn - Works 16x DirectBurn but EraseRW first - Works 16x ALL of them boot I experiment with both nLite and vLite but dont use Vista anymore because no surround sound, will upgrade to vista once it has been solved NOTE FOR NUHI - Can you please limit the burn to 20x or maybe 32x so it works better, thx

you read it correctly ( i edited my previous reply) i always use the latest version i just either dont use any new stuff or if i do, test it on something like VMWare or Virtual PC(free) to make sure if it works, if im happy then i install it.

please try the suggestion i put above, thanks If it doesnt say BOOTABLE, put in a disk where you know it boots then go to file and OPEN CD\DVD, once its opened and says bootable go to Tools > Save Boot image (save it on your desktop). Open up your image again which you just made with nlite go to tools > Load Boot Image (select the one you saved on desktop). Then save your image (File > Save) and try burning again. Hope that works

search for a program called MagicISO or PowerISO (the trials are available - look on google) open up the image file and it says at the top either BOOTABLE or not. If it doesnt say BOOTABLE then something is wrong with it, but if it says BOOTABLE then its the burning part of it

after you have erased it, try open and closing your CD Drive or clicking the refresh button next to the CD label thingy. IF you open and close your RW Drive windows should say you have put in a blank media and nlite will know its been changed

its XP x64 SP2 with IE7, without windows Tour, Indexing Service, Windows Messanger, MSN Explorer and all keyboard and languages except UK, thats all.

hmm i noramlly use DirectBurn and if not (Nero) i select CD/R at the top (if under 700MB) and then select burn image/saved whatever, the bottom one (has a picture of a folder), that always works

My nlite will have finished burning soon, i will show my results when ive finished but so far i agree (i have to verify after to make sure its worked) and test its booting aswell after doing the burning straight after erase function. P.S. ive also know it to work on 32x if that helps

Personally i have never used driverpacks and just usually get the drivers i need i.e. Mine, other computers that i fix. this also makes sure i have the latest drivers which is a good advantage (less bugs), i will have a quick think on what may be causing it. Can you please upload your preset please? Thanks

Well at the moment ive erased the disk using EraseRW feature at a slower speed and it worked fine, currently doing the direct burn where it says something is already on the disk and must erase it first... currently on the burning stage.. Actually in alot of CD/DVD Burning Software there is a huge risk of it not booting if on full speed (unless the full speed is 20x or lower lol), nlite/vlite burning features are very handy and always worked for me and ive had mroe problems using Nero 6
