Yes, their bios is nothing major and doesn't really do anything. It's the OS or other bios you have to find on the net that is illegal to run which are not sold on any modded XBOX.

Well if they sell it in the USA I wouldn't think it was illegal since it's being sold, I mean hasn't been shut down. As far as modding an xbox, there is nothing illegal about modding it.

"This individual apparently did take a spoonful, did have a finger in their mouth and then, you know, spit it out and recognized it," said Ben Gale, director of the department of environmental health for Santa Clara County. "Then they had some kind of emotional reaction and vomited." Local officials launched an investigation after the incident Tuesday night and the medical examiner determined Wednesday that the object was a human finger. It would make more sense to simply transfer the domain to another registrar. For example namecheap.com does transfers (I think) for $8.88. We ( http://www.emaxhosting.com ) only charge $8.95 for a transfer and as godaddy, namecheap, enom, we allow you to have full control over it and have no stipulations. That's only a suggestion if you wanted out of 1&1 which from my past experiences with other clients/people they hate being under 1&1.
