Cee-Kay Posted June 15, 2007 Posted June 15, 2007 If I remember correctly the icon your refering to is stored in %SystemRoot%\system32\webcheck.dllPerhaps (re)registering the file will restore the custom icon?
mrnxdmx Posted June 16, 2007 Posted June 16, 2007 for the special icon noIts a normal folder. Can you please tell us how did you integrate ie7? With nlite using ie7.exe or using one of my addons posted here?
NaDer_GenKO Posted June 16, 2007 Posted June 16, 2007 Hi 'mrnxdmx'1- I download the IE7 for SP2 From Microsoft Here2- Download nLite 1.3.5 Here3- go to Integrate Hotfixes task in nLite and insert your Hotfixes and Updates and then Insert the IE7 then if you have IE7 Hotfixes insert it after the IE7 in orderthis should be work with youif you don't understand any thing write to me any time
mrnxdmx Posted June 17, 2007 Posted June 17, 2007 Thank you NaDer_GenKO. This clears up the situation. It occurs when you directly overwrite all IE7 files in xp disc. This problem does not exist with my normal ie7 addon. But i will look in this issue and post here if i can find any solutions.

ricktendo Posted March 8, 2008 Posted March 8, 2008 Its not a big problem really, all one needs to do is reset the attributes for a desktop.ini file
