Yes, I was just surprised 'cause I didn't know that!

Yea when explorer crashes and dosent start up again all you do is press CNTL+ALT+DEL and the taskmanager will pop up, then you hit the New Task... button and enter explorer.exe and it will fix the prob with no need for reboot
