Featured Replies

Jim Allchin, Group Vice President, Platforms Group announced this morning that Longhorn Beta1 will be available at the PDC03, Microsoft Professional Developers Conference 2003, October 26–30, 2003, Los Angeles, CA.

NO..that's not true. Beta 1 won't be out till later next year. At PDC 2003, there will be a developer preview edition coming out, so it is not Beta 1.

Call me in 5 years and let me know when Longhorn is actually worth trying. :)
