something tries to create a shortcut to the clicked icon into the start menu when clicking one of these icons.

After Uninstalling XPize the problem is fixed.

I've already installed XPize again but now I can't find that beautifull start menu.

First install:

I selected all the 3 skins: Royale Lite VS, Royale IIU VS and Royale VS.

Second install:

I selected only the Royale VS skin.

But now I can't find that start menu @ the 4th tab of the Display Properties. I guess it's called something like "design" don't know that exactly cause I'm running XP Pro Dutch.

Thanks a lot, I sincerely recommend this MCE logon screen, definitely think that fits better to the Royale style.

I'd like you could add glass-like versions of the main icons, for example: My Computer, My documents, My Music, My videos, My network. So, the feeling of the Royale style would totally new and different, apart from the obsolescent Luna style.

Just installed it and it looks great!

Is it possible to change quick from skin?

I only could find an uninstaller.

Maybe this is an option for the final version.

I like Xpize, but i found some bugs you may look at:

first look at this:

at the left side, the start menu

And please change the login, my pc auto logs in becaus i have only 1 accound, but i see the thing every time when i startup and shutdown and doesn't look so pritty, sorry

I agree with what most people are saying with the login screen etc. The rest of XPize rules, i love it (and will love it even more when it's out of beta and all these little bugs are fixed). But the login screen is the worst bit imo. Definately need a decent login screen to go with the rest of it, maybe even a boot screen too, although the standard XP one isn't too bad for that.

The add and remove components is difficult to implement with the way XPize is currently coded. Anyway, XPize is a "install and forget" app

I like the MCE one, but that WMP logo Also, I cant add anything without knowing the name of the author and having his/her permission.

Well how about basing the new one on that one? but starting from scratch, then there's no copyright problems, ur just "inspired" by that other one
