Itunes Forever. i use BSplayer for dvds movie rips, and WMP for all my other movie clips.

btw, why get musicmusic match if u have to pay to get all the features that are free in itunes? like fast ripping and burning.

Depending on usage/filetype... None is perfect but they complement each other very well.

It seems like most people have a player for audio and a player for video. I guess I'll try MPC (w/ Real & Quicktime Alternative) for video and use Winamp for audio. What is bundled with the XP Codec Pack? I always used the K-Lite one; is there a major difference?

I use CoRoNe's DirectShow Filter Pack with changes made by Fridge-RaideR since neither of us use FFDShow. Beats the crap out of any codec pack out there afaiac'd.

MPC + K-lite mega code pack1.31 for other video(wmv,rm,mov,avi,ect...)

Has, is and maybe always will be Windows Media Player 10.

I use Media Player Classic - simple open source player, who can play everything (DivX, DVD, Music formats, TV Tunner, RealMedia, QuickTime movies and much more). I like it, its the best media player, who I am used.

Are you sure it can play QuickTime movies?

No, it`s diiferent player, but with the sam interface.

And yes, really can playe RealMedia and Quick Time. I am using it instead the heavy Windows Media Player.

Well, naturally, because it's an enhanced version of the original with years of development under it's belt. I have a 3 GHz CPU and I prefer a stand-alone, straight forward, fast-loading, nearly universally-compatible, and customizable player over some bloated thing like WMP10. Heh, 10 major versions... takes them a while to make a half-decent player, eh?
