Gonna make a new XP disk soon. So this is the correct order?:

1) NLite options, fixes, etc

2) GNOME's WMP10 slipstreamer

Before making the ISO with NLite, do I run the WMP10 slipstreamer in the same directory where NLite extracted all the files from the Windows CD? Thanks.

i nlite first and then use the slipstreamer. i did not remove wmp with nlite....

and yes run the slipstreamer in the same folder that u run nlite.

Wow, I never noticed your update packs before boooggy!

So basically if I:

1. Do all the nLite stuff (leaving WMP in-tact), integrate ryan's pack and 1.2.2b update, etc.

2. Run WMP10 slipstreamer v3.

3. Extract your WMP10 update pack into i386 and overwrite all.

4. Make ISO and burn.

5. After installation run your WMP10 mod.

And I will have a fully up-to-date WMP10 with windows media video hardware acceleration?

Can someone please tell me what Windows Media Player 10 Executable I need to select? Is it the installed .exe or the download .exe? I tried both but with the default browsing option neither show up.

Does that mean I won't get "This hotfix needs to be reinstalled" when I do a QFECHECK using the normal full update pack and Gnome's slipstreamer ??

this is easy & to the person who posted the new wmp files thx

i used winrar to extract the files contained into the hotfix then figure out what was the file that was updating and then compress using cabarc. also u can use makecab to compress. and to your question about my pack was discussed here....

With at least the spelling of slipstreamer fixed.

Maybe the ability to add hotfixes in also.
