ceez Posted January 17, 2005 Share Posted January 17, 2005 Zup peeps,My dad's pc has what I believe is called the lop.com tool bar. It's a blue toolbar that appears underneath explorer which is about the size of a double sized taskbar, and on the top of IE it has a silver search buttons.I've tried everything, even the uninstaller from lop.com but it doesnt do anything for me. It still appears. Adware and spyware is not new to me and I am pretty good at cleaning systems out, but this one is a hard one. I even tried google and most of the forums are "i cant remove this", or "I had to reformat my drive". I am trying to avoid the 2nd one!!!! I couldnt even get it directly from their website, some error message popped up. I had to google the exe's name and download it from a forum where someone else was trying to remove the darn thing!
