sedative Posted October 28, 2002 Posted October 28, 2002 You'll be back MSNwar. I tried Trillian Pro and didn't like it at all.
ymchan Posted October 31, 2002 Posted October 31, 2002 When I use Trillian Pro, my MSN'ers are seeing me online and offline every 5 mintues or so. Any ideas why?
Crispy Posted October 31, 2002 Posted October 31, 2002 because trillian is junk.NOOOO!! w00t ... Trillian Rulezzz period!
Doggie Posted October 31, 2002 Posted October 31, 2002 making your own messenger client... all you need is an understanding of programming in Visual Basic and Winsock.. quite easy..
gamehead200 Posted November 1, 2002 Posted November 1, 2002 Why do you want to switch clients? MSN is ok for me cuz I just talk w/ friends on it...
MSNwar Posted November 1, 2002 Author Posted November 1, 2002 Why switch? I don't like its popularity among advertisers, hackers, and lamers. Everytime I turn around there is another pop-up ad, or some id*** that p***es me off so bad I want to fry his CPU (and I can), or some lamer that wants to challenge me to a game.It seems that Trillian is cool.
Doggie Posted November 1, 2002 Posted November 1, 2002 i don't have a prob with messenger either.. reliable.. simple and nice gui.. just the adds p*** me off.. but i got a proggy to get rid of dat
