Snag IT is quite good. It has quite a few features for sequential screenshots that are quite useful

it doesnt run, yah click a button and it auto starts, after your done your close it. Real small. I actually on use it to take snapshots of certain sections of my desktop. If Im need a entire shot then I use paint or photoshop if its open.

PrintScreen You already know but..

Try Alt+PrintScreen when one fo your window\app is open and activeted

(it's capture just the window\app)
