Just bored. What software should I create.

I have an outrageous request - please port the Filter Manager (fltmgr.sys with fltlib.dll and fltmc.exe) from Windows 10 to Windows XP SP3 - the .5512 (SP3) version is functional but somewhat limited.

Here are 2 useful ideas:

1. Vertical-Sync for the desktop..Then we would watch web videos in Browsers without tear.
2. APO (Audio Processor Object) support in the sound mixer. Then we could use other sound equalisers.

It was an obvious fake right from the start. Too obvious. I wrote about it in the beginning. I don't know why people spent their time.

May I kindly request @Dave-Hto take action against the user named @TheLeftOldComputer under the section 4.e - vapourware.

Well, he (or anyone else) can't promise anything without having the actual work, be it ready (or in progress), as far as I understand,
