WinRAR is not needed to install an extension.  Do not uncompress the .crx, drag-and-drop the .crx AS-IS onto your extensions page - chrome://extensions/

This morning I had a small error window in my machine:
"Windows System Error
The system has detected an IP address conflict with another system on the network."

It was while I was reading Generative Agents topic....

When you click OK, does it appear again?

Nothing clicked, shut down the browser and this error window disappeared, but before I checked IP - there was my IP. 

In userenv.log the same as always: 
"CUserProfile: CleanupUserProfile: Ref Count is not 0
GetGPOInfo: Local GPO's gpt.ini is not accessible, assuming default state."

It doesn't appear again... this Generative Agent, LOL...

I can not replicate, everything working here.

Please note that you can NOT upgrade from build 1030 and keep your 1030 profile because indexes are off by 1, 7, 10, or 12 depending on index.

If you have the incorrect index, then three hundred and thirty out of three hundred and eighty seven text strings will not land where they are supposed to, the Task Manager being but only one of them.

You CAN upgrade from build 2022 and keep your 2022 profile.
