E-cores off/on, wouldn't matter. Did you read the description for those "E-cores"? Vista bug is due to the internal timers. Hence some services are delayed or don't start at all.

RTM is more stable on Haswell, if no SP instaled, I'm interested to see about Alder and Raptor, too.

you would need a new scheduler or whatever piece of windows needs to be updated to fully take advantage of them so it kinda makes sense that "something broken breaks the broken stuff even more so that now it works"
