Start menu will appear where main taskbar is. I guess this needs to be changed to support your perverted use case

Are you talking to me?

Hello! I have a purchased license, but I cannot find a link to download beta versions. Please tell me where I can download it? I apologize for this offtopic.

Could you add a feature that double-clicking the icon to open the application pinned on the taskbar?

Hey guys I have a Windows 11 installation with StartAllBack 3.9 and I got the bug that the taskbar icons of the Windows explorer are not updating. If I open the downloads folder it is the correct icon. As well as for all other folders. But if I navigate within this window the icon won't change. What is wrong? Probably a registry entry as I have a fresh Windows 11 install but I used UnattendedWinstall which made some tweaks and probably is causing some trouble with it.

So no answer until today for this. But I realized it's even more strange. On my main screen, it's behavior as described. On my second screen, it works fine. The icons change. What the hell?

Please consider adding the option to change different taskbar position for each monitor like: taskbar on the left for 1st monitor and right for second, etc

That means all hacks that worked for 3.7.11 (7+ Taskbar Tweaker...) will work with the next version ?

No, of course not.

I noticed the phrase "Dark mode support for more dialogs" on the site. Is that dependent upon enabling (Dark) Magic or is the name of that function more a play on words? I've read the description of it, and it doesn't seem to be the same thing but does mention shading. Either way, I can't see a difference with Dark Magic on or off, so I feel that I'm missing something subtle. If someone could point to a concrete test case of something in Windows affected by toggling Dark Magic, I'd like to know so that I can understand it.

Chiming in to also say I'm getting the multi-monitor issue.

Prior to today, SAB worked fine.

Now, with SAB enabled, and taskbar set to "Show on Main Monitor", enhanced taskbar shows on secondary monitor (monitor 2). When hitting Windows Key on keyboard start menu pops up on secondary monitor. Behavior is same regardless as to which monitor is selected as 'main' in windows settings.

If I disable SAB, default windows taskbar works correctly.

My secondary monitor is a TV that I keep off most of the day, so not being able to see the start menu is rough!

Will update here if i find a workaround; but assistance appreciated!

I'm on latest version of SAB, and Windows 11 is up to date.

Clarified windows/SAB version.

Getting these ugly corners during fade effect when using startallback.

On the secondary monitor, it does not show the touch keyboard icon. When you right-click on the icon on the secondary monitor, the options do not show. When you click the EarTrumpet icon in the system tray on the secondary monitor, the window expands on the main monitor
