August 20, 201412 yr Yes, except KB2918614 is for Windows Installer 4.5 which isn't a stock component on XP. XP comes with Windows Installer 3.1 though if you have upgraded to 4.5 it's definitely needed.Also, KB2918614 has been pulled because it's causing BSOD and tomasz86 forgot about Cumulative Security Update for Internet Explorer (KB2976627).
August 20, 201412 yr BTW, for some reason M$ is pushing the rvkroots update from december instead of the latest, even if you have aleady installed the latest it will insist you install the older one...

Supposed to be for only Win2K3 but they have always shared the identical update and nothing has changed on that front so it will work on any XP.
