Mim0 Posted January 16, 2010 Posted January 16, 2010 (edited) - WindowsXP-KB960225-x86-ENU.exe replaced by WindowsXP-KB968389-x86-ENU.exe- WindowsXP-KB960803-x86-ENU.exe replaced by WindowsXP-KB971737-x86-ENU.exeOn quick-view it seems to be true.KB960225: Schannel.dll 5.1.2600.5721 (only this)KB968389: Schannel.dll 5.1.2600.5834 (and much more)KB960803: Winhttp.dll 5.1.2600.5727 (only this)KB971737: Winhttp.dll 5.1.2600.5868 (only this)Updated list&file-checker is coming asap Mimohi Mim0! just wanted to share results in recent run (with consideration to the ones mentioned above):Check missing updates for Windows XP SP3:-----------------------------------------missing (S): HF\WindowsXP-KB960225-x86-ENU.EXE (MS09-007: SChannel (Secure Channel))missing (S): HF\WindowsXP-KB960803-x86-ENU.EXE (MS09-013: HTTP Services)thanks! It's done (available in the next rel) KB968389 makes KB960225 when KB968389 is found because KB968389 is 'only' an advisory and KB960225 a security-bulletin. Now, when you have both the older (even when a sec upd) will be reported as obsolete when it's found. Nothing is reported when only the newer update was found (even when the new is 'only' an advisory)!CU, Mimo Edited January 16, 2010 by Mim0

Muppet Hunter Posted January 16, 2010 Posted January 16, 2010 I saw this one on MDGx's list and it's one of those 'if you have this rare problem' kind of updates. It contains Qedit.dll version 6.5.2600.5783http://support.microsoft.com/kb/969395Windows Movie Maker crashes when you install more than 100 video transitions or video effects on a computer that is running Windows XP

LordWarlock Posted February 6, 2010 Posted February 6, 2010 New DX (Feb 2010) is up:DirectX (February 2010) redistributable
Martin H Posted February 9, 2010 Posted February 9, 2010 @TomShouldn't this be removed? I've just re-installed with latest TZ-update(ENU) in HF as per mimo's list and tzchange.exe/tzchange.dll/reg-edits is updated...Sorry for off-topic...
tommyp Posted February 10, 2010 Author Posted February 10, 2010 Martin - What's the correct tz update? Methinks I'll be stopping the 2k update list after this update. I've done my duty. Time to move on.
Martin H Posted February 10, 2010 Posted February 10, 2010 (edited) Latest cumulative TZ update is: WindowsXP-KB976098-v2-x86-ENU.exe. It's listed on mimo's XP-SP3 list as a non-security high-priority update to be placed in HF.If it still dosen't work for some other languages like the HFSLIP article states, then couldn't you please allow ENU versions in HF, instead of blocking it like previously...
