I try complet uninstall Flash (with special util Made in Adobe), clear registry. In this pack version for FF, IE and other... Version for Firefox - OK, install with not problem. Version for IE (flashplayer9r28_winax.exe, flashplayer9r45_winax.exe and other) normal install, restart computer, starting IE with support Flash - and activeX resolved install only new version 9.0.115.... this archive instalation not offline and full...
