Mt wife uses 98SE on her computer and recently I bought her an external drive for storing files and folders on, but it wasn't recognised by her computer, apparently it couldn't find the driver for the external drive. No matter where I have looked I can't find that was 98 compatible......any suggestions at to where I could find one?

Hi all, this is probably a real silly question. But, how do I delete xp stuff like media player when I don't have the xp disk? I bought the computer second hand off of Ebay and just want to clear some things out, I don't use media player or most of the stuff that comes with office so thought I might as well delete them, any clues how I go about it? Oh yes, if you could explain in "XP for dummer than dummies" please
