You have to do a session for each (which will take forever and may not fit onto a DVD so rebuild 1 IMO)

You can use a MSI editor and create a MST file that will stop it from launching after install You can also do a admin install of the MSI and add any updates to it too

OEM info can be added using $oem$ folders and autounattended.xml You need to download WAIK and use "Windows System Image Manager" to open the Autounattended.xml created by vLite and add stuff to it

If you install the wmp11 slipstreamer to the same dir as nLite you can then add the wmp11 installer and updates to the hotfixes section of nLite and it will run the slipstreamer unattendedly
