Hey, weren't we using the mozilla 1.7's "setup.exe" ? And isn't firefox 0.9 based on moz 1.7 ? therefore, isn't the moz 1.7 installer included with ff 0.9 win32 ? So there should be no problems for unattending it, right? NAV 9.x corresponds to NAV 2003 - NAV2k4 is ver.10 But then, it is not that one we were talking about. The post was about "Symantec" (not "Norton") AV Corp. edition which just happens to have the latest ver. at v8.1 (released in Feb.2004, which makes it newer than NAV2k4). As for you ProdigySim, while I do want to help out, I don't want to be accused of trying to crack things. The registry keys below were taken from a WinXP SP2 RC1 desktop. All I can say is - for your objective, these should be interesting. No, no need to reboot your host machine - just rebooting the VM is enough. Check if your VM (within VPC or vmware) is cleanly shutting down - probably it is not, due to which the swap problem is appearing. But please tell one thing - is the tweak working fine on a *REAL* machine for you?

Nowadays Xbox support by games is coming thick and fast. PS2 is no longer content king. drewdatrip (above) has said most of whatever else I wanted to say. As for online support for Xbox, though it is a paid-for service, it's of a good quality - and lots of newer games support the XSN (online service for Xbox).

Whoa! There's no ver 8.6 8.1 is the newest available. Yup, use the corporate edition of NAV (it's called Symantec AV Corp.) There's ways to make server-rejecting apps (like nav2k1) to work on a server, but it involves registry-editing, so better do what the others here suggest.

Hey GM, thanx for the quick response. Please detail what IE install cabs you retain? Bcos my IE6 SP1 installer (after deleting win9x and XP-related files) for win2k amounts to 27 MB. Probably you could list out the files you retain after deleting the unnecessary ones. But nevertheless, you do know why we want to slip-stream IE6 SP1 into w2k - saves on headache, incompatibility/version-conflict, time, etc.
