  1. Don't try another method, it'd be pointless. Please retry WITHOUT DriverPack MassStorage and let me know what the results are. There's nothing more that I can do at this point. However, it could be useful if you'd post your HWIDs, please check my signature for a tool to find 'em.
  2. What versions were those drivers? (The ones that did work...)
  3. In most cases the control panels are NOT mandatory, though they might be useful...
  4. It has been added to DriverPack WLAN V5.10, which has yet to be released. Topic closed.
  5. No webcams, modems, cardreaders or Bluetooth controllers are supported. I'd suggest you create your own DriverPack (check the stickies...) with those drivers. It's n00b-friendly The HDA driver (KB888111) is being worked on, it's really hard to integrate it in a way that it works correctly!
  6. If you want to remove the DriverPacks, you can run the DriverPacks BASE without any DriverPacks (.7z files) in the 'DriverPacks' folder of your DriverPacks BASE. Or you could rename them to 'disabled_DriverPack_*.7z'. Please post more details about that laptop on which you're experiencing problems!
  7. Please start a new topic about that ATI driver problem in the DriverPack Graphics forum. Topic closed. P.S.: Er? Is this on a laptop? Please specify for what device the ATI graphics driver doesn't get installed! (Complete system specs might be appropriate! Additionally, it might be useful if you attach your HWIDs, check my sig for a tool to find them.)
  8. But.. That's too logical.... Eh...? Then what's the problem?
  9. Very well, please let us know the results!
  10. Yes, or you could even just rename it to disabled_DriverPack_Graphics_A_V5101.7z or something like that.
  11. Same here
  12. Oops... didn't notice you posted that! That's indeed a graphics driver! Could you maybe retry without DriverPack Graphics A?
  13. Yes. Certainly in all DriverPacks forums, for obvious reasons. But I'm not a supermod like Martin L is, of course. (If HE would read every post, it'd be close to a 24 hour a day job...)
  14. Please try and install on your board, like I said, I'm running a two disk stripped RAID array and I installed from a multiboot DVD, so for all I know it could be someting wrong with my DVD.... I like to think it isn't, but you know... s*** happens.... Also... Bashrat, just to flesh things out.... My error message came AFTER I had passed through the GUI Install phase, basically as it was about to boot into Windows XP for the first time.... And I HAVE tried this multiboot on a non nForce chipset and had a successful install, so it's not the DVD... I wish I had an nForce 4 system here, just to test it myself... that would definetely speed up this process!
  15. Not interested in the hosting... but where did you get that unlimited bandwidth account?
  16. What's the error?
  17. Just include them all... the drivers will only get installed if they are required! You may want to check this guide or this one!
  18. Please use the latest version of DriverPack MassStorage: the nForce mass storage driver installation issues are probably solved.
  19. Well, if you stripped it, you probably have removed (all) drivers, too. That's why Windows can't install them and thus Plug 'n Play support is broken. I'd suggest you reinstall your Windows XP with a less-striped version of Windows XP.
  20. Ehm... run a (.vbs => GPO) script with admin rights that installs the correct driver, depending on which HWID(s) are detected?
  21. Amongst Google's results, I found this one.
  22. Would it be that difficult to create an AutoIt script yourself? It's really easy to use, trust me! Or are you stuck somewhere in your own AutoIt script?
  23. @cybpsych: you did it correctly! Too bad it isn't working :| @Fencer128: the difference is that the DriverPacks BASE now slipstreams the hotfix the exact same way as RyanVM will do it in his next UpdatePack... In V5.10.2, the KB888111 hotfix was slipstreamed WITHOUT the .cat files, that's the only difference.
  24. Yes yes, I'm working on the update!
