I say just leave the feature-rich programs to third-party developers. They do a good job of making them. Besides I think Windows has too many programs already
Does the computer need to be really cheap or something? Id get a good quality case/power supply and get the mobo separately. Also why AMD? I prefer Intel atm since its faster.

For text files, how do I remove the "Edit" option? For shortcuts, how do I remove "Pin to Start Menu" and "Add to Quick Launch"? Im on Vista btw. Thanks.
