I say just leave the feature-rich programs to third-party developers. They do a good job of making them. Besides I think Windows has too many programs already

Does the computer need to be really cheap or something? Id get a good quality case/power supply and get the mobo separately. Also why AMD? I prefer Intel atm since its faster.

The classic logon is gone but you can tweak the Welcome Screen to act like classic logon.

1. iirc only Vista Ultimate's DVD comes with both 32-bit and 64-bit. 2. The T8100 is a 64-bit processor so naturally it supports a 64-bit OS.

Usually you cant, so its best to do a test installation of your lite Vista using a virtual machine like VirtualBox or VMware Player.
