u realize the difference in the \ / ? right change it to [GuiRunOnce] %systemdrive%\install\bootlogo.cmd %systemdrive%\install\batch_file.cmd %systemdrive%\install\hotfixes\hotfixes.cmd also you might be deleting the hotfixes.cmd before it gets there check the other ones

whatever you feel like you can do either one. but not 3 of them at the same time u can use svcpack and [GuiRunOnce] and RunOnceEx at the same time just don't put the same stuff in them.

some had asked about dx9 its not for all langugages. you need to dowload the packagaes. (it includes some languages but check with ms)

when u go and create another user and copy its NTUSER.DAT does it have the unique random key in the registry stored in it or not?
