  1. ECHO Restarting the PC in 1 minute... shutdown.exe -r -f -t 60 -c "Windows XP will now restart in 1 minute, this will give enough time for the shortcuts to update and for the shell to fully load before its ready to restart!" ECHO Ummm have you even looked at "your" own code? Simply change the 60 to something else. ;SetupMgrTag [Data] AutoPartition=0 MsDosInitiated="0" UnattendedInstall="Yes" [Unattended] FileSystem=* UnattendMode=FullUnattended OemSkipEula=Yes OemPreinstall=Yes UnattendSwitch=Yes DriverSigningPolicy=Ignore TargetPath=\WINDOWS change your winnt.sif to "FileSystem=ntfs" and change the tile of "autopartition=1"

  3. Awww man guys we need more votes than this...
  4. Ummmmm Hello?? http://www.angusj.com/resourcehacker/
  5. UMmmmmmmmmmmmm look in the lang folder....

  7. Speed up as in HOW? There are thing like CCleaner that will clean the junk files and clean the registry. Plus you can use Startup CPL to remove all the extra staurtup items. And there is always the good old add\remove menu and uninstalling everything you don't use or recognize. Then run CCLeaner again. Theres really so much you can do for old systems. A good start is a fresh install using nlite or xplite.
  8. Did some googleing and it looks like your screwed m8. Sorry.
  9. Ummmm wow I aint even going to step in there As for integrating -- YES it does seem to be the best way! http://web.clicknet.ro/boooggy/ You might want to consider simplifying all of that and having WPI run all of the commands for the apps directly but you really do seem to know what you are doing, doing it like that. I must admit it is the first time I have seen a nearly all cmd called WPI though do you like the flashy flashy windows or are you hiding them?
  10. WPI *should* normally reboot as and app calls for it. BUT there has been some heavy work on the reboot system in WPI on the last coupla versions. However having said that this isnt the first time driverpacks and WPI have clashed so it might be it too. WMP11 Is most commonly integrated nowadays and that probably why you are the first to report this. Please post your config.js as an attachment (Remove your serials please) and I will test it. The best bet is just to tell WMP11 not to reboot and have WPI reboot at the end (In the options section) and then driverpacks finisher will run. I wanna test though so I can try to reproduce.
  11. Your errors are definatly not common ones. The misssing file are very key and nlite would never delete them so something when horribly wrong. The ntdlr boot issue however is a common on that just pop usp every so often and is commonly caused by a bad burn.
  12. Can you get a pic of the screen or a better description of it?
  13. Hate to be a pain in the butt, here is a couple more issues. Royale_Remixed.rar Segoe.zip BOTH files are corrupted just dlete the whole folder it really doesn't have any place in a reg tweaks collection any ways and will save alot of space. And what do I read an xhtml file with? It reads in IE fine renamed as html.
  14. Did you click apply and rebuild?
  15. OK my way is the most brute direct way: #1 Rename desired wallpaper to bliss.jpg #2 Makecab the new bliss.jpg #3 Copy bliss.jp_ to your I386 folder and forever forget what the original looked like. I do the same for the theme. #1 Save a fully set theme (Wallpaper, sounds and cursors) as luna.theme #2 Rename to luna.the #3 Makecab #4 Replace the old luna.th_ with the new luna.th_ Yes winnt.sif is the proper place to set it but I donot remember the syntax.
  16. It never fully installed so Vista still sees it every boot. The only way would be to get it to install properly (Provide the drivers again from the disk and pray) and then unistall it. Or disable and ignore it.
  17. O_o well yeah you could do it like that too.
  18. NX-196?? What the heck device is that their site doesn't even register that as one of their devices. (Beyond having drivers for it)
  19. Right click on it and choose disable. Reboot, if it comes up again right click on it and choose disable untill a better answer comes along. Sorry thats my best answer. Welcome to MSFN.
  20. OK here goes... #1 get and extract the drivers to a folder #2 fire up nlite (Run it) #3 Select the nvidia inf for integration. #4 make unnatended options in nlite then process #5 goto i386 folder and find winnt.sif and manually edit it so that this line is in there: DriverSigningPolicy=Ignore under the [unattended] portion ;SetupMgrTag [Data] AutoPartition=0 MsDosInitiated="0" UnattendedInstall="Yes" [Unattended] FileSystem=* UnattendMode=FullUnattended OemSkipEula=Yes OemPreinstall=Yes UnattendSwitch=Yes DriverSigningPolicy=Ignore TargetPath=\WINDOWS The top should look like the above codebox. Then make iso
  21. Yeah its about the same really... The main consideration would be cost XP is affordable (Even 64bit) 2003 SERVER is quite expensive... HHEHEHHEHEHEH Couldn't resist. Cheapest one I could find was a 10 license bundle for $900 bucks... (Windows server 2003) Where as XP 64x was $135 bucks new for a full license...
  22. Sightly off topic but hey here goes. THOSE ARE SWEET!!! I want four quick... Let me reverse the link a bit and see just how much they are.
