  1. Please attach you config.js
  2. What I mean by chocking each-other is the fact that there is really a VERY needed reboot between the 2. Plus .net any version is a messy install. (Just use any reg cleaner after .net is installed)
  3. Did you or do you have Nero7 installed? Do you have another browser set as defualt? Is this IE8?
  4. ECHO .NET Framework 1.1.. START /WAIT dotnet11.exe /Q:A /C:"INSTALL.EXE /Q" ECHO .NET Framework 1.1 Service Pack 1.. START /WAIT dotnet11sp1.exe /Q ECHO .NET Framework 3.5.. START /WAIT dotnet35.exe /PASSIVE /NORESTART The .net installs are choking each other and killing your runonce process would be my best guess. I would swing over to ryanvm's forum and grab one of the couple switchless installers for .net.... (There is a couple of all-in-ones over there)
  5. It's really no puzzle. vLite has not actually been updated for windows 7 yet and BARELY works on it. When vLite was last updated Windows 7 was barely in alpha.... So expecting Windows 7 and it's components (i.e. WAIK for Windows 7) to work is just plain folly.
  6. I will try to keep this nice and sweet. Once you install Nero7 WPI will no longer work. So you will have to make sure Nero7 is installed last on the list. (Use numbering order for each program.) There is already an extensive manual inside WPI and Chapter 1 has a fairly detailed description of how to add a program into WPI. I just checked the AmazonMP3Installer and it works with the exact same switch as ccleaner so just start there. WPI DOES NOT compile the programs when the countdown timer runs out it automatically runs each installer in a Daisy-Chain style setup. (One after the other) Assuming you have the switches setup properly then you would need no interaction with the install process. I would make several videos if I had the will to but I have gotten NO donations in the past couple of months and it is really disenheartening. (To those who helped with the new PC drive though THANK YOU I an very gratefull) Except for the 2 PCs that was helped for and 1 benifactor that has been generous VERY generous (Thanks Tony!) I have gotten like 50 dollars in donations over the past 2 years and mritter has gotten 1 ONE donation since he came on board. Don't get me wrong I love WPI and will not give up on it, but I am just tired of spoon-feeding people when it is such a simple process.... I would walk you through an app or 2 over Windows messenger if you have that installed. My addy is = kelsenellenelvian @ hotmail.com <--- remove the spaces....
  7. google "Driver Cleaner" Or go to http://www,guru3d.com and look at that site for the driver cleaner. It will eradicate all of those ATI drivers for you.
  8. Hmmm not bad at all! Next thing ya know well actually be replacing notepad with it. HAHAHAH Thanks Code! (and Florian too)
  9. http://www.wpiw.net/downloads/winntbbued_3.1.exe This will help you fully custonize your setup progress.
  10. Last bet? Reformatt and use ONLY official drivers from the manufacturers website.
  11. UPX compression and auto-it usage would be my guess. There has been alot of false positives going around lately on well known good files...
  12. I said they were NOT one of those things that can be re-added. Sorry if there was some confusion.
  13. dx 9.0c has been in XP since SP2 m8.... It's just the updated runtimes everyone is in such a huff over.
  14. Easy DON'T make a new nLite copy just stick with your original official disk. Well you asked.... Seriously very few things can be readded. Languages and keyboards are not one of those things.
  15. We NEED your lastsession.ini to see what you have done.
  16. You run the wpi.hta by double clicking on it. Its not a program you install it is a program you just drop on the disk and configure. Read the manual that is supplied with it.
  17. You have to be adding a english service pack or hot fixes. Please post your last session.ini (It is at the root of your disk)
  18. Are you starting with a Spanish or an English copy of Windows? Remember you HAVE to use the same language hotfixes as the base OS. They are language independant not multi-language. Same goes for the service packs.
  19. http://hcidesign.com/memtest/ <-- memtest. Run this and let it run for a long time. It will tell you if there is a problem with your ram. As for checkdisk it is the built in windows file and disk checker. Right click on your OS drive and select properties --> tools --> error checking, and select both boxes. It will ask to reboot to do the test, reboot and you will see a DOS type screen during boot that is where the test is automatically run. Please try checkdisk first. as for memtest some say to let it run for an hour or more but i have always found bad ram within like 15 minutes of it running.
  20. Thats an amazing delay.... Did you do all the other normal stuff? Memtest? Defrag? Checkdisk?
  21. Hit winkey+r and type msconfig and look under startup. You'll see a crapload of entries under there disable the normal ones like java update scheduler and adobe quick start all of those. Then google the rest or ask here. Once you have all of those disabled reboot.
  22. As far as I can tell yes it is.
