  1. All of that is already in there. mritter can fill you in better on the first one. (Say have an entry dependant on the registry info for certain users only) Press alt+g to see all of the things that WPI can detect and can be used for dependancies or conditions. The second one can be easily acheived by using the commandline feature. Thank you for the great compliment BTW.
  2. I would really go for the 2gig one... .Net is HUGE no matter which version you install. Then you have the pagefile And the recycle bin reserved space. A 500 meg XP is NOT hard to acheive at all though. I think the extra overhead of a 2 gig one would just make you ALOT more comfortable.
  3. HAve you tried reading the manual? Like in the example section?
  4. Actually there is... Look at CDSwitch in the tools extra download.
  5. Chapter 4 of the manual clearly states how to do this.
  6. Newegg DELL AlienPC
  7. OK what version of WPI and can you PLEASE attach (NOT cut and paste) your config.js

    Yer beta

    Testing now. Hmmm when I click on restart I get this: See the end of this message for details on invoking just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box. ************** Exception Text ************** System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception: The system cannot find the file specified at System.Diagnostics.Process.StartWithShellExecuteEx(ProcessStartInfo startInfo) at System.Diagnostics.Process.Start() at System.Diagnostics.Process.Start(ProcessStartInfo startInfo) at System.Diagnostics.Process.Start(String fileName) at Anolis.Installer.Pages.FinishedPage.WizardForm_NextClicked(Object sender, EventArgs e) in D:\Users\David\My Documents\Visual Studio Projects\Anolis\Anolis.Installer\Pages\Z-Finished.cs:line 40 at W3b.Wizards.Wizard97.Wizard97WizardForm.__next_Click(Object sender, EventArgs e) in D:\Users\David\My Documents\Visual Studio Projects\W3b.Wizards\W3b.Wizards\WinForms\Wizard97\Wizard97WizardForm.cs:line 40 at System.Windows.Forms.Control.OnClick(EventArgs e) at System.Windows.Forms.Button.OnClick(EventArgs e) at System.Windows.Forms.Button.WndProc(Message& m) at System.Windows.Forms.Control.ControlNativeWindow.OnMessage(Message& m) at System.Windows.Forms.Control.ControlNativeWindow.WndProc(Message& m) at System.Windows.Forms.NativeWindow.Callback(IntPtr hWnd, Int32 msg, IntPtr wparam, IntPtr lparam) ************** Loaded Assemblies ************** mscorlib Assembly Version: 2.0.0.0 Win32 Version: 2.0.50727.3082 (QFE.050727-3000) CodeBase: file:///c:/WINDOWS/Microsoft.NET/Framework/v2.0.50727/mscorlib.dll ---------------------------------------- Anolis.Installer Assembly Version: 1.0.0.0 Win32 Version: 1.0.0.0 CodeBase: file:///C:/Documents%20and%20Settings/Kelsenellenelvian/Desktop/XPize5/Anolis.Installer.exe ---------------------------------------- W3b.Wizards Assembly Version: 1.0.3361.4466 Win32 Version: 1.0.0.0 CodeBase: file:///C:/Documents%20and%20Settings/Kelsenellenelvian/Desktop/XPize5/W3b.Wizards.DLL ---------------------------------------- System.Windows.Forms Assembly Version: 2.0.0.0 Win32 Version: 2.0.50727.3053 (netfxsp.050727-3000) CodeBase: file:///C:/WINDOWS/assembly/GAC_MSIL/System.Windows.Forms/2.0.0.0__b77a5c561934e089/System.Windows.Forms.dll ---------------------------------------- System Assembly Version: 2.0.0.0 Win32 Version: 2.0.50727.3053 (netfxsp.050727-3000) CodeBase: file:///C:/WINDOWS/assembly/GAC_MSIL/System/2.0.0.0__b77a5c561934e089/System.dll ---------------------------------------- System.Drawing Assembly Version: 2.0.0.0 Win32 Version: 2.0.50727.3053 (netfxsp.050727-3000) CodeBase: file:///C:/WINDOWS/assembly/GAC_MSIL/System.Drawing/2.0.0.0__b03f5f7f11d50a3a/System.Drawing.dll ---------------------------------------- Accessibility Assembly Version: 2.0.0.0 Win32 Version: 2.0.50727.3053 (netfxsp.050727-3000) CodeBase: file:///C:/WINDOWS/assembly/GAC_MSIL/Accessibility/2.0.0.0__b03f5f7f11d50a3a/Accessibility.dll ---------------------------------------- Anolis.Core Assembly Version: 0.8.3361.4466 Win32 Version: 0.8.2.0 CodeBase: file:///C:/Documents%20and%20Settings/Kelsenellenelvian/Desktop/XPize5/Anolis.Core.DLL ---------------------------------------- System.Xml Assembly Version: 2.0.0.0 Win32 Version: 2.0.50727.3082 (QFE.050727-3000) CodeBase: file:///C:/WINDOWS/assembly/GAC_MSIL/System.Xml/2.0.0.0__b77a5c561934e089/System.Xml.dll ---------------------------------------- ************** JIT Debugging ************** To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this application or computer (machine.config) must have the jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.   9. WPI has NO options to disables services... WTH are you talking about?
  10. "ashampoo_office2008_sm.exe" /VERYSILENT /SUPPRESSMSGBOXES /NORESTART /SP-
  11. It's NOT sad we have no open source vLite\nLite... We DO NOT need dozens of hacked up dangerous versions out there. They are to powerfull and way to customized to let the general public\hackers have access to it. Think of this - you get the "Latest and Greatest" vLite and after vLiting your system you install it, then all of a sudden your system goes online and starts routing porn, viruses and spam emails...
  12. With some reading you would have found out that XPize HAS NOT been updated for a looong time. It DOES not support SP3 and is known to cause issues on SP3 system...
  13. We are not exactly positive which part of nero7 messes up the mshta engine. If you HAVE to use nero7 then you must install it last on the list because once its done WPI won't run again.
  14. 7Lite is a mythical version of nLite\vLite for Windows7, it does not exist and might never exist...
  15. Earlier posts say that v5 will not support sp2 (At least in the initial couple of releases.)
  16. Run WPI and push the little manual button....
  17. SP1 = Yes SP2 = No!
  18. They would then be admitting to using warez m8.. The only OFFICIAL release of Windows 7 was build 7000. All of the rest are leaked WAREZ versions.
  19. http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gigaby...board,1137.html yup it's possible.... Here is another link http://enthusiast.hardocp.com/article.html...W50aGlzdWFzdA== the gtx 295 is actually 2 cards in one. so 2 of them IS quad SLI.
  20. Considering the OP posted ONCE almost a YEAR ago I DOUBT you'll get an answer from him.
  21. Looks to me from checking th HP website that the SATA drivers donot exist for XP and 2000, even though they say it can be installed on those. You must have an option to switch the drive to IDE or AHCI mode in the bios. Please look around.
  22. There is your issue. You removed stuff BEFORE instegrating the hotfixes. You should always do nLite in one fail swoop.
  23. AFTER nLite is done and you are on the MAKEISO screen go to the directory where your source files are. Edit winnt.sif Save winnt.sif Then MakeISO...
  24. Can't you just MANUALLY edit the winnt.sif file once nLite is done?
  25. I currently have this in my execute after: Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 [-HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\WPI] Future versions of WPI will clean themselves up better.
