912945! It has a known issue that is posted i the kb article. You cannot integrate this hotfix. You must install it in Windows. the_guy

All of those errors are fixed in beta 3, which should be released in a few days. Vmouse.vxd is also added. Also, I noticed that MDGx has an unofficial 314147 update for ME posted on his site. the_guy

I meant the HF folder. 912945 causes a lot of things to break, all because of the mshtml.dll file. You can install it fine in Windows, but do not integrate it. the_guy

do NOT put that in your hf folder. it WILL break your XP install. the 2003 update is the same. MS knows about this and will fix it for the next cumulative update for IE. Maybe put it in the script to delete that file at the start? the_guy

Ok. I knew it was older but I just didn't know if it was there. It is in the SP2.cab file. All of the files in the 892211 update I believe are on the ME cd. This should be out by Friday at the latest. the_guy

MDGx, I have just made an unofficial WMP7.1 update for Windows 98/SE/ME. I just need to make sure that it will work on ME without SR/SFP needing to be disabled. As of my check, it will need to be for ME. I'll email you the patches in a couple of days. Isn't the 892313 update superseded by 911565 (on all platforms except 2003 SP1 and 64-bit OSes)? the_guy

Bilou, the 2 critical updates are not affected on Windows Server 2003 SP1. MS06-004 is ONLY for IE 5.01 SP4 on Windows 2000 SP4. MS06-005 is not affected on the version of Windows Media Player 10 included in Windows Server 2003 SP1. the_guy
