  1. The cables are compatible but if u plug the Sata II hard drive in the Sata I port your will only go as fast a s the port will allow... Or plug a Sata I drive into a Sata II port the drive will only go as fast as the drive will allow....
  2. @Mercury 22: The WD Raptors only come in the Sata 150 not the Sata 300... But i don't know y... I would love for them to use the Sata 300 that would make it even more faster...

  4. I have seen DDR 500 but not the boards for them... I would recommend that since the AGP slots are gonna be phasied out soon
  5. i haven't seen to many AMD boards that use the DDR 500s... So i was thinking it was more on the line of the Intels... but likewise i could be wrong...

  8. I voted Western Digital just becasue i have owned 4 and they last the longest to me.. but my second choice would have been the Hitachi, but we can't do seconds here, can we?
  9. I would make the purchaser pay for the shippin' on top of the 200-300 or just include it in the price and make it $400 with shippin' Sounds fair to me...

  11. @computerMan: Oh, ok... It is still a nice buy... Im on a Western Digital 120 7200 RPM.7 8mb cache... Hope it goes good with the drive when u buy it!
  12. Hitachi, Western Digital, and Samsungs are mine favorites... but the one I like the most is the Hitachi... And the worst hard drive manufacter to buy from in my humble opionon is Maxtor... I had a 80gb and it died within 3 months, sent it back the new one did the same thing and both were brand new... Hitachi rules!

  15. I agree with Ripken, I've only owned 1 Inhell and that was back in the sday Pentium 1... and from there on I have been won over by the speed and the dsesigns of AMD... AMD ROCKS!!!!

I have a MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum Edition Motherboard... and the ram is supposeD to take up to 3.4 v... to allow it to get better timings.. but my boarD will only let me get to 2.85v anD then no more power for me... Link to RAm OCZ EL DDR PC-3200 / 400MHz / Gold Series / Voltage eXtreme / Dual Channel anyone know a way arounD this?
  18. Start at a 1.40 (with is default on a 939 board) anD work its way Down till it frezzes or crashes... a'ight... i'll dso it tommorrow(well toDay) since i have to be at work at 5 anD get off at 2:30 in the morning... i hope that is long enough... lol...
  19. I would remmend AMD's 754 Socket, because of the added speed from the HTT(1600) ... Socket 754 Motherboards AMD Sempron 64-bit Processors Most of the boards are under $100 and most of the CPUs are under $100 also... There is a great selection out there... Just keep looking... --LIC2k7

  22. Is there a quicker way then the one week thing? I just a little pressed on time... Ie.. today... Wake up at 6, leave house by 7, at school by 8, get hone at 2, at 3 be back at school, get home at 6, then be at work by 7, come home and do homework from 10-12... so.. anything quicker? lol
